This author can find no mention in any article regarding the Republican counter offer to the President on resolving the “Fiscal Cliff” stating any position of the Republicans on the estate tax. President Obama’s offer included going back to the law as it was in 2009. However, I cannot see any reference to an estate tax position in the Republican offer.
